Cheri has been dancing all her life and you can tell because her spirit animal is Shakira. Cheri came from teaching at the YMCA in Beaverton this fall and has years of experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes which we are grateful to bring to Hustle & Muscle. Her energy is contagious, and she offers modifications to the movements in her classes as needed. In her spare time, Cheri enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 daughters, senior dog and tasting local micro-brews.

As a lover of music and dance, Jennifer has been teaching some form of movement for over 14 years. This span has included Nia, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Yoga & Dance, and Fusion Fit. Her training certifications include White and Blue Belt Nia, Yoga Fit Mat Pilates, and 200 hour YTT Hatha Yoga. Fusion Fit, her own class concoction, combines all of her knowledge, come join her once a week for one hour and 15 mins.

As a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Lillia has experience teaching a variety of yoga formats. She has completed a Buti Yoga certification and considers Buti her soulmate workout. Lillia's goal is to create a space where people can move their bodies and feel powerful, graceful, and accepted. She helps her students find a place of body love and body positivity so wherever they are on their journey, they feel empowered to step into their full potential, while appreciating where they are now.

Leann has been dancing or teaching dance classes for the majority of her life, with experience in a variety of styles from tap and jazz to salsa and hip hop. She believes in the power of dance and brings that passion to the studio for all members to experience. When Leann is not in the studio, she is seeking adventure abroad with her husband and two daughters or hiking the hills of her South Eugene neighborhood.

With a background in dance, ice skating, yoga, Pilates, and free diving, Melena offers classes to help lift both your body and mind. She has her Personal Training certificate from NSCA, a Bachelors in Dance from the UO, and a Masters in Physical Therapy from Amsterdam, NL. Her extensive knowledge of the human body and her passion for movement are what motivate her to encourage students to succeed.

Celina teaches a bit of everything and loves it all! She is certified as an Ace Group Fitness instructor, ryt200 Yoga instructor, and holds additional certificates in PiYo, and COBRA self defense. Celina believes strongly in helping her students create a base for lifelong fitness and general wellness and incorporates that principle in all of her teaching. She loves meeting new students and becoming part of their health and movement journeys!

Anne Cooper has an extensive experience teaching dance and exercise from Eugene to Seattle to New York City. Anne is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Teacher, is trained in the MELT Method and is ACE certified in group fitness and personal training. With a BA in Humanities, she continues to explore the “humanity” in movement and in daily living. Anne is passionate about helping people to become more aware of their ability to chose a path that will allow them to move with ease and efficiency.
